What changes for your people

One view of the week

Meetings from Microsoft 365, Exchange Server and Gmail sit in one calendar. Nobody has to open three to find a free hour.

One calendar for everyone

Both ways

A meeting created in Microsoft 365 reaches the other calendars, and the other way round.

No double bookings

When everyone sees you are busy, nobody books you twice.

Invite, not password

You send an email invite. Your people sign in themselves.

You set the size

Add as many people as the licenses you bought.

While part of your company is still on Exchange

Many companies run Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server side by side for a long time. Here is what that looks like with and without a sync.

Without sync

  • Two calendars to check before you book a meeting
  • The same meeting typed in twice
  • Colleagues double-booked across systems

With AddSync Sync

  • One picture of the day in the calendar you open first
  • A meeting created once shows everywhere
  • Direction set for each source, you stay in control

Microsoft 365 sync questions

Can I sync Microsoft 365 calendars with an on-premises Exchange Server?

You add them one by one or import a list, and you can send an optional email invite. Each person signs in with their Microsoft account. You do not collect passwords.
