Is my mail copied out of Gmail?
No. The AI reads a message to answer a question and does not store it. The journal keeps who asked, when and which button, without the text.
Will my people need a new app?
No. They keep Gmail. They ask in Claude, ChatGPT or the AddSync chat, and drafts appear in their Gmail drafts.
Can I switch AI off for one person?
