AI for Exchange Server: Claude and ChatGPT for your own mail server

Your mail stays on your Exchange Server. Your people ask Claude or ChatGPT about it, and AddSync guards every request.

You do not move to the cloud and you do not copy mail to another place. The AI reads a message when your person asks a question, and nothing is sent without a click.

Why Exchange Server needs its own answer

Many AI mail assistants are built for mailboxes in the cloud. Your server is in your own server room.

You keep the server

You have reasons to run Exchange yourself: rules, cost or customers who ask where their mail is. AddSync works with that choice.

Your people keep their tool

They ask in Claude or ChatGPT, or in the chat inside AddSync. They do not change Outlook, and drafts appear there.

You see every question

The journal shows who asked, when and which button. Your auditor gets an answer in minutes.

Two ways to connect Exchange Server

You pick the one that fits your administration. Neither uses impersonation.

Way 1

Mailbox login

Each person connects their own mailbox. The AI sees what that person may see, and nothing more.

Way 2

One service user for the company

You create one user with the right mailbox permissions and set it up once. You do not collect mailbox passwords from your people.

Exchange Server questions

Do I need Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online?

No. AddSync AI works with Exchange Server in your own server room. Microsoft 365 is optional.

Does the AI use impersonation?

No. It connects with the mailbox login of each person, or with one service user that has mailbox permissions you give it.

Is my mail copied out of Exchange?

No. The AI reads a message to answer a question and does not store it. The journal keeps who asked, when and which button, without the text.

Will my people notice a change in Outlook?

No. They keep Outlook as it is. A draft saved by the AI appears in their Drafts folder.
