What you need to start
A short list. Most teams are ready on the same day.

What to try during the pilot
Real work gives you the best answer. These are good first tests.
Find something old
Ask for an invoice, an offer or a decision from a few months ago. See how fast it appears.
Plan a meeting
Ask for a free slot with two colleagues, and let the AI propose a time.
Draft a reply
Ask for a short reply, read the draft in Outlook and send it yourself.
Test your rules
Ask about a folder you closed. The AI should find nothing, and the journal shows what happened.
On day 14, you decide
No pressure. Three choices, and you pick one.
If the pilot helped, you continue with more mailboxes. If a rule needs a change, you adjust it and keep going. If AI is not for you yet, you switch it off. Your mail stays where it was, because AddSync never moved it.

Which option do I test, A or B?
Either. Option A uses your own Claude or ChatGPT. Option B uses the chat inside AddSync. If you are not sure, tell us when you write and we will suggest one.
Do I have to move my mail to try it?
No. AddSync AI reaches the mail where it is. Exchange Server stays in your own server room.
How many mailboxes should I connect?
A few are enough. Choose people who work with mail every day, so that you see real use within 14 days.
Can I stop before day 14?
Yes. You can switch AI off for one person, for a group or for everyone at any time.
