Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your Zoom meetings
Your people ask about meetings, times and links in plain words. You set the rules, a person approves every action, and every question goes to your journal.
What your people can ask
Plain questions, answered from their own meetings.
Every question passes the guard
The AI never talks to Zoom directly. AddSync checks the rules first and writes the journal after.
What the AI can do with Zoom
Four buttons, and nothing outside the list.
Search
Find meetings by title, people and dates.
Show
Open a meeting to see its time, people, agenda and join link.
Propose
Suggest a free time from the calendars you connect.
Add a link
Prepare an invitation with a Zoom link. It waits for a person to approve.
It cannot start, record or delete a meeting, and it does not read recordings or chat. Hide meetings with the data filter.
You keep the controls
Data filter
You close folders, senders, keywords and old mail for the whole company. What is closed never reaches the AI.
Human approval
Anything that changes data waits for a person. The AI proposes and the person decides.
Journal
Every question and every button is logged: who, when and what. The text of your mail is not.
How your people connect

- They sign inThey sign in with their Zoom account and approve access to their own meetings.
- They askThey use Claude, ChatGPT or the AddSync chat, and approve what the AI proposes.
Already using Zoom AI Companion?
Zoom AI Companion works inside Zoom. AddSync AI gives you a second choice and the same rules for every assistant, across Zoom, Microsoft 365, Gmail and Exchange Server. Want calendars to stay in step too? See Sync for Zoom.
Zoom questions
Do I need Zoom AI Companion?
No. AddSync AI works without it. You can use both, and the AddSync rules apply to the assistants that go through AddSync.
Can the AI start, record or delete a meeting?
No. It can find and show meetings, propose a new one, and add a Zoom link to an invitation that a person approves. It cannot start, record or delete meetings, and it does not read recordings or chat.
Does the AI see my Zoom meetings and my calendar together?
Yes, if you connect both. A Zoom meeting and the calendar entry that holds its link show up as one meeting, so the AI does not double count it.
Does my team need a new app?
No. They keep Zoom and their calendar. They ask in Claude, ChatGPT or the AddSync chat.
Can I switch AI off for one person?
Yes. You switch AI off for one person, for a group or for everyone, at any time.
