What it costs, and how to find out if it is worth it
We charge per account. Whether that pays back depends on how much time your people spend in mail, and only you know that. Use the calculator for a first idea, then measure the real figure in two weeks.
How the price is built
Four things to know before you open the pricing page.
Per account
A licence belongs to one account. You pay for the people who use it, not for a bundle.
AI and Sync
AddSync AI is the main product. Sync for calendars, contacts and tasks can be added.
Three plans
Basic, Silver and Gold. The current prices and limits are on the pricing page.
For companies
AddSync is sold to businesses and IT teams, not to consumers.
Work out your own number
Start with a low guess for the minutes. It is easier to be pleasantly surprised.
Based on 21 working days a month. The example values (20 people, 15 minutes, 30 per hour, 10 per account) are only there to show how it works. They are not a prediction and not our price.
What to measure in the pilot
A pilot that ends with "it felt useful" is hard to defend. Write down numbers on the way.
Baseline
Time three typical tasks today: finding a mail, preparing for a meeting, writing a reply.
First look
Open the journal. See which questions people really ask.
Ask the people
A short survey: minutes saved, what was missing, what was annoying.
Decide
Put the measured minutes into the calculator and decide.
Costs outside our price
They are small, but they belong in the sum.
The AI tool
If your people bring their own Claude or ChatGPT, their plan has to allow outside tools.
Administrator time
Setting the filter and adding people takes a short session, and a few minutes now and then.
A short briefing
Tell staff what to ask and what to leave alone. Half an hour is usually enough.

Do I need to buy Claude or ChatGPT as well?
If your people use their own AI tool, yes, and the plan must be able to connect outside tools. AddSync chat is the alternative. Ask us before you buy anything.
How many minutes will my people save?
We do not know, and we will not guess for you. It depends on the person and the work. Measure it in the pilot and use that number.
